ko. a neighborhood found her unresponsive. her husband came home for the weekends and her murder is a puzzle. kron 4's jr stone has more. >> reporter: it was all about remembering susie ko. you can see the many candles and the flowers that have been set up in her memory. around 200 people showed up, some were friends with susie ko who lived on this street for 30 years, others didn't know her, they said they just heard about the story, weren't happy about that and wouldn't believe that happened to susie ko. >> it was horrific, the evil that could come into the community. she was a beautiful, beautiful

the possibility of small amounts of blood. there was a stab wound and trauma, there may be a blood trail that we couldn't see with the naked eye, possibly they could bring tools in, equipment, that will help us find those things. >> reporter: she says the autopsy report revealed the victim, susie ko was stabbed and suffered trauma to the head. >> reporter: did he know what kind of weapon was involved? >> we don't have a weapon at this point. it was a stabbing weapon. >> reporter: this is susie ko with her husband. it is unclear whether the suspect knew her. her husband works in idaho during the week and returns during the weekend. >> reporter: was the house in good condition when you found it? look like a struggle or a

pain at the pump in california. gas prices are at a record high, averaging $4.67 a gallon. in the bay area, take a look, average price for a gallon in san francisco, $4.74. in san jose, and oakland, $74.68. here is how much prices road from a week ago. all up by 50 cents in just days. the oil industry and analyst blame theplices on a -- the

prices on a fuel. but there could be relief in sight. over the weekend governor jerry brown directed the california air resources board to immediately allow refineries to produce the winter blend gas. this winter blend gas is less expensive to produce and more damaging to the environment. it typically doesn't go on sale till october 31 but they are hoping to reduce the soring prices. if you think everybody is seeing a spike, think again? here is a look, people in the green areas pay the lease. california is deep red. indicating the highest prices,

averaging more than $4.04 a gallon. the highest in big sur, $5.89. the lowicist salinas. -- lowest, salinas. going after two san francisco based ride sharing companies, they are operating without the proper permits. cease and desist letters were sent to them. both companies issued statements today defending themselves. while also pledging to work with the c p.u.c.

they have come under criticism who say they are unreggulated and take away customers from them -- regulated and take away customers from them. we know how many people in california were treated with the steroid shots connected to the deadly outbreak of meningitis. officials say 600 patients received those recalled shots. the state is in touch with the filts that received -- facilities that received the medication and health departments have been instructed to notify the patients. across the country, 13,000 received the shots. 9 people died and 100 others have been sickened. none of the deaths is in california. those shots are used to treat pain in the back, shoulders and knees. they were made in a pharmacy in massachusetts. meningitis is an influination of the brain and semifinal -- inflammation and spinal cord. we saw sunny skies today

but an increase in clouds is expected tomorrow as we get a chance of showers in the forecast. a system rides the coast line into southern california and while it does that it brings a chance of showers tomorrow and wednesday morning. i think we are meiny going to see -- mainly going to see clouds. showers to northern california and approaching the north bay coast line. as we look, it will show the system diving down along the coast. you see the rain over the waters, 6:00 p.m. tomorrow evening. we are getting clouds over the bay area. that is what we will get into 11:00 p.m. as it goes into southern california. wednesday morning we could get moisture moving into the south bay but right now it looks like clouds. tomorrow afternoon temperatures
